I haven't been there... is a dinner for only one person or is a dinner for two or three people? Assuming once and if so, make sure you factor in the cost of the dining card - if you use it all twelve times it's basically $5.40 added to each meal after the 50% discount. Also, you can't use them on Fridays or Saturdays.

Our 2022 VIP dining cards are valid until 10/31/2022.
Must present VIP dining card number to server when seated.
VIP dining cards are expirable coupons that have twelve (12) active 'uses' when purchased.
One (1) 'use' entitles the cardholder to one (1) 50% discount off the price of a regular dinner or a salad area only dinner.
One (1) VIP dining card or up to twelve (12) 'uses' are allowed per table/reservation.
VIP dining card 'uses' cannot be used to discount: lunch pricing, discounted children's pricing, discounted group rates, to-go orders, desserts, beverages, tax or gratuity.
VIP dining card 'uses' cannot be combined with other offers/discounts or Texas de Brazil white gift cards.
VIP dining card 'uses' cannot be used on the following days: Restaurant holidays, Fridays & Saturdays.
VIP dining cards are only valid for use at domestic (USA) Texas de Brazil locations.
Suggested gratuity is 18% – 20%, prior to the discount from VIP dining card 'uses.'
VIP dining cards are nonrefundable, have no cash value, and are fully transferable.

so if party of two go there, do both of them have to have these card to get 50% off on both? or can one person have it and discount be applied to both?
Nope, only can be used once a party. No matter if you have more than one cardholder
Are you sure about that? I think it can be used more than once at the same table, but each use counts as 1 of your 12 uses. So if you have a party of 3 and want to discount everyone's food, that's 3 of your 12.

I'm probably in the minority, but my experience with Fugo de Chao (similar concept) has been mediocre the last few times.
Half of the meats were cooked to well-done and dry and we saw a lot more of the cheaper meats (like Chicken) that kept making rounds over the better cuts.
It's not bad for the experience of trying a bunch of different meats, but for $50-60, I think I'd rather go to a nice steakhouse and get a really good ribeye.
Too bad the one and only location near me is terrible. Salad bar is very limited, not that it should be a main attraction. This place will bring out practically all the meats in the beginning of your meal and then go radio silent for a long time. Cannot even make any requests, or you can but will probably not see it.
