Fine Print (bold emphasis mine):

VIP dining cards are expirable coupons that have twelve (12) active 'uses' when purchased.
One (1) 'use' entitles the cardholder to one (1) 50% discount off the price of a regular dinner or a salad area only dinner.
One (1) VIP dining card or up to twelve (12) 'uses' are allowed per table/reservation.
VIP dining card 'uses' cannot be used to discount: lunch pricing, discounted children's pricing, discounted group rates, to-go orders, desserts, beverages, tax or gratuity.
VIP dining card 'uses' cannot be combined with other offers/discounts or Texas de Brazil white gift cards.
VIP dining card 'uses' cannot be used on the following days: Restaurant holidays, Fridays & Saturdays.
VIP dining cards are only valid for use at domestic (USA) Texas de Brazil locations.
Suggested gratuity is 18% – 20%, prior to the discount from VIP dining card 'uses.'
VIP dining cards are nonrefundable, have no cash value, and are fully transferable.

Half of the meats were cooked to well-done and dry and we saw a lot more of the cheaper meats (like Chicken) that kept making rounds over the better cuts.
It's not bad for the experience of trying a bunch of different meats, but for $50-60, I think I'd rather go to a nice steakhouse and get a really good ribeye.
The highest online review site has my location at 3/5 average.
