Relatively good price for what it is. But this only puts out ~10% of the light that a 60W incandescent bulb does. This is not bright at all.
May be good for nighttime lighting of hallways/stairs/bathrooms, where you don't want to blind yourself by turning on the regular lights. If you used this as under-cabinet lighting in your kitchen, you would need one under each cabinet for sufficient lighting to work there.
You would be better off buying a tape-light with high-quality LEDs and glueing that to the underside of your cabinet.
That color temperature can be harsh in a home setting.
can you send a link to the light that uses usb-c?

These are perfect inside my lower corner cabinet so when I open the cabinet door, I can see back there.

6500K with a high CRI is probably good for food prep. I've been looking to see what this lights CRI is but 8 can't find it. I'm going to end up passing simply because if this doesn't work it's a pain to return
Good price for rechargeable. No reviews, but bought two. Says 900Ah, so depends how efficient. 7000K seems like they will have blue cast. Good enough for under a computer desk or inside a supply closet.
Batteries in these will self discharge in a matter of weeks - you better love pulling them down to charge them.

This is not meant to replace a 60W incandescent bulb. 100 lumens is plenty bright inside a cabinet, cupboard or other enclosed space. In a room, it would only serve as an automatic night light and that is very useful. No one has commented about durability, length of charge and quality of light based on actual ownership. Monoprice is reputable, but they do sell some cheaply made items, too. They're like the new version of Radio Shack stores, but online.

Fyi for others:
"Under cabinet" 100 lumen vs 60w 800 lumen output.
Distance from cabinet to countertop typically less than 3 feet, thus you don't need as much light output to clearly light up what's below the cabinets.
Naturally for other uses, you can estimate the relative brightness vs a 60w 800 lumen bulb and buy accordingly.
For those looking for a slightly brighter (3 modes: 100L, 150L or 200L) or warmer (user selectable: 3K, 4.5K or 6.5K) light, you might consider this light.[amazon.com]
Customer reviews are limited and spotty, but I suppose that's a step up from the zero reviews for the Monoprice product.
I decided to throw the dice and take a chance at the Amazon offering. At least there's a chance that I might be satisfied with its warm output. There is no chance that I would be happy with the ultra-clean white light from the Monoprice product.
BTW, I plan on using velcro strips to attach the lights. I read somewhere that that's a good solution to the sticky tape coming off.
