For those who have recently made a purchase.... I was able to take a Costco online furniture order I made about two weeks ago (already delivered) and the customer service rep was able to apply the $500 cash card retroactively. Costco FTW.

Could you order it for the latest date, and when the date comes soon, attempt to reschedule, thereby delaying delivery? There's an option to reschedule deliveries in my order page.

Ive only been with Costco for about a month and can't see what the hype is about. Actually I'm pretty close to it being the most disappointing store I've ever wasted money for a membership on. Ordered tires 4 weeks ago that still haven't arrived. Already purchased the same tires elsewhere 2 weeks ago. Can't cancel them because they haven't shipped via Costco customer service. Couldn't get the table/desk with 3 chairs because both stores near me only had a couple in the first place, of course now that the sale is over they are fully stocked again. Will probably be getting a refund on membership soon as I can get my gas a hop and skip away from sams at the same price.

I swear they jacked the prices up on a lot of this furniture Relax-a-lounger was $400 like 10 months. Inflation aside. I saw it in-store 2 weeks ago for $550. Now it's $750?

That's awesome! I had a similar experience for a washer/dryer I bought, that is in transit, but is also out of stock online. Costco customer service FTW!!

Ah, finally, I'm no longer the only one left hanging! Ordered QN9 65" yesterday, but now the pomo banner is gone. No confirmation anywhere about the gift card.
