bro, i mean, it's $80 kids furniture. i bought it for my son when he was like 2-3, it lasted long enough for him to outgrow it and get moved to my next son's room. it's probably been 4+ years since i got it, it's still here and still in excellent shape.

i mean, i don't know if it's solid wood, but the wood is solid LMAO. it survived multiple kids for $80, i doubt it's handmade bespoke burl wood from the french alps, but it's probably sufficient.

I owned the same one, do not remember the material, but pretty sturdy.

My 8 year can sit without worry anything and full of books.

Bahahha right? It's like say you don't have kids without saying you dont have kids. If a 2-3 year old hasn't effed up your "press board" in frankly you got your 80 dollars hahaha. Go yard sell bc you will not get a better price
