i just use the sams club website on a computer to check the stock and the price. If theres a store has stock in your area, they will let you order online and pick up in store. I dont see this option on Sams club app. Hope this helps!

The chicco gets top marks from CR for safety - this is a great deal if you need one.

I have four car seats and this model is by far my favorite. Great for ease of installation, ease of daily use, and ease of cleaning.

Chicco EZ cinch installation blows Graco out of the water. I do not mind moving the Chicco seats around.
This seat is the easiest one I have to tighten the straps when I put my son on the seat.
This specific model (nextfit ZIP) is the easiest to wash. You can zip off the whole cover without taking the seat out of the car or unthreading the harness straps.

I have the "air" model because it's supposed to be cooler for the child, but this is a great deal and if I were a sams member I would buy it for little brother!!

As an owner of two Chicco and two Britax... YES. The Britax for me remains the go-to for rear-facing configuration with the availability of the anti-rebound bar option. However, in forward-facing configuration the archaic metal clips of the Britax mean you really never want to uninstall/re-install it (especially if you have a car with relatively inaccesible anchor points).

The Chicco has very easy to use anchor connectors that make it a dream to move between cars if/when needed. Honestly, if I'd found any stock in my area I might've grabbed one as my youngest is about to graduate to front facing.

This distinction is less significant if you're not using anchor points, but I suspect that is a limited percentage of users these days.

Good luck!

i can see that. I like The Britax click tight because it uses the seat belt and not just the latch system. I find it was easier to install using the seat belt then the latch system. So I never used the latch clips system, except for booster mode I use the latch clips but mine weren't metal clips they were push button latches. so a different experience than what you had. My favorites are The Britax car seats with click tight and clek with the Ridgid latch for forward facing.

I had diono, recaro, Clek, safety 1st for rear facing.

I had clek, Britax, nuna for forward facing.
For years I would move cars seats from one car to the other a few times a week since time twice in a day. After a while I could install both the clek and britax from one car to the other in less than 5 minutes. I'm a big fan of the Ridgid latch systems for forward facing.

add: I think I had 10 maybe 11 carseats total.

Which models besides the Clek have that spiffy fixed LATCH system? I've never experienced it (given my brand exposure) but it does look solid (literally and figuratively!).

Good luck!

The only ones I know of are Clek with a Rigid latch and Nuna with semi-rigid latch.
Rigid latch is better than semi-rigid but both will offer more protection in a side impact and roll over as it prevents the carseat from twisting, side loading, and listing.
It also makes installation less complicated with a higher chance of getting a correct install every time.
Having been in a side impact with a Diono rear facing with the rear facing tether installed, the carseat still ended up listing.
If there is an option with rigid or semi rigid latch I'm going with that option. which is what I did for all carseats going forward.

I went with Clek Oobr and Nuna Aace as both have some form of rigid latch and both allow for reclined position for napping; only rigid latch boosters allow that option.

Good detail. I'm not in the market for boosters, but when my kids get there I'm pretty impressed by the design on both of those.

Good luck!

The rigid latch does work well. Boosters are best when used at 4yrs old and above. Try to keep them rear facing until at least 4 preferably 5. Some kids may not be ready for seat belted boosters until older as they can't sit properly/safely in the booster. For those kids it's best to use a forward facing harnessed booster until they are ready. Moving kids to the next stage faster/sooner then recommended does no one a favor in the event of an accident.
Rear facing until 4 preferably 5 yrs old
Forward facing: high back booster until they outgrow the seat. Which is usually 57" or higher and 100-120 lbs.
