There seems to be NO SPECS for components on this bike so you can assume they are bottom of the barrel and only 10Ah battery, only 6 month warranty

Just took delivery of a Lectric XP2.0 yesterday. eBikes are a lot of fun. I don't know about this specific model but if it gets you out and about should be worth it.

There is paying a little extra money, and then there is paying double or triple. The question here should be is there anything comparable around this price range. I could also buy a Rolls Royce instead of a Toyota but that's not the point.

I just talked to somebody 5 minutes ago. They cannot do much though, the email team is the only one who can send the return label. Very annoyed that I cannot just return at Walmart and have to deal with this. Thought this company was reputed

Btw their CS over email has agreed to send me a new battery, we'll see how long that takes. A year ago I'd probably file a chargeback as their CS was non existent, now they just appear to be slow

So plugged battery into charger. Charger stays green like it doesn't detect battery. No lights on battery before or after plugging up. The status check on the battery does nothing when pressed.

This is the same issue I have. And I got another bike from Walmart so I could use it's battery and guess what.... Same exact issue.

I wonder what the failure rate in storage for these batteries are. Absolutely insane to go 2/2.

Thanks for the thorough reply, but after pressing 2 to speak to customer service, an automated voice system said email was the only way to contact them.

I finally got a response requesting a video of the issue. It's been quite a few days since I submitted the claim. If they drag it out any longer the 14 day return window will be over.

I'd highly recommend saying you want to return preemptively. I'm playing bike roulette one more time with a Walmart bike/battery and or it's a no go then I'm sending it back.

It's a shame because even though it's a bit cheap its still nice for the price for sure... If it worked.

Just got a rad power too and honestly kind of wish I just bit the bullet end got two of those. Quality difference is staggering (as is the price)
