Has anybody received an email from Pinecone Research about their Pinecone Plus program? I got a signup for them and was wondering if anybody had any experiences.

Yes,i'm a member and just did a study today. Kind of a pain though putting all them felts in the cap every time.

Also,if you sign up you will not get the 3 dollar surveys anymore.And you have to go through a "vetting" phase to learn the ropes and you won't get paid until your 5th study but then they compensate you for all previous ones.

Your post serves as an excellent reminder to any longtime members to cash out if you have a balance. Last two surveys I got for them the link would not even let me into the survey, just got the did not qualify page (never answered a question so something is messed up).

Yeah,the good thing about Pinecone Plus is they send you a dedicated laptop for use with their studies only. It also pays 20 dollars per study and each study takes about 20 minutes.

You basically just watch videos and they track your eyes and you wear this crazy cap that measures your brain waves or something. It's all aggregate though,so no personally identifiable information is collected.

That's really all I can say about it though due to confidentiality clause. I really enjoy the studies and you don't have to worry about "qualifying" per study. Hope this helps.
