A few months ago, the i3-1115G4 (Spin 3 SP313 13") was on sale for the exact price, and before that for $499. The screen is one of the highlights on the 2021 models and is one of the reasons why it's so much better from the 2020 models (including the one you've posted). Just FHD, 270 nits, and 58% sRGB on this one whereas it's WUXGA (FHD+), 300+ nits and 100% sRGB on the 2021 models. This one also suffers from PWM.
The 11th Gen i3 model goes on sale every now and then for $450-499 at Acer. IMO there's absolutely no reason to get this over the recent one.
