I wish the guy posted a link, but it was easy enough to find on Ebay. It looks to have the same specs but the differences can be seen in the stand and the back of the monitor. The Dell has a smaller stand footprint and the back looks to have some sort of fancy design for thermal control (which doesn't matter honestly). The Dell also explicitly states G-sync compatibility, but I believe both should work with G-sync.

I bought 3 of them so will share review once delivered in a few days.
I also have two of these Dells and can vouch for the Dells being excellent. Running games at 165fps. Super responsive.
