First post so, hopefully it's up to standard.

If you still have a Dick's store and they have one in-store, then pick-up is free and you will get the best price. Otherwise, shipping charge seems to be a flat $40 with a "Oversize Credit" of $15, so shipping becomes $25. The final total before tax was $174.98 for me. Shipping cost "may" vary (it charged me $40 before I even had an address or zip-code input, so that's why I think it's a flat fee) and the "Oversize Credit" should automatically apply in Cart.

Been looking at this for a while, just trying to find the right time to purchase. It's one of my bookmark on my browser and I accidentally clicked on it when attempting to click on a different bookmark. I was pleasantly surprised to see this discount. I check this page once every couple days, just to see if it would go on sale (I have yet to see one, just hopeful). While I have been holding off to purchase this because I haven't gotten the horse mats I wanted yet, seeing this price I had to jump on it.

For my use and why I went for this is purely due to my ceiling height limitation. My basements ceiling is low and absolutely has no clearance for a full-size rack I want. With this rack and the eventual horse stall mats I will install, I have like an inch + change of clearance from the very top tip of this rack and to the ceiling. Luckily, where the J-hooks will be and even with the diameter of a 45 lbs weight, I shouldn't have an issue with full range of movement. However, I'm only 5'6" so... yeah, the one of very few times where being a short male works in my favor. If you're in the same boat as me, I think this is the best bang for the buck based on my research. If you have the height clearance for a full rack, then I wouldn't recommend this as an alternative, just because the stability and build quality of a full cage rack (while expensive) is the better investment.

Looks decent, a step up from the Cap half rack in some regards but you lose the pullup bar. Rated weight capacity is nice, but boy are those spotting arms short. Just be aware of your positioning folks.

These are poorly designed, as they tip forward easily. So you need to tapcon them into your floor, or add a lot of ballast in the back. A full cage is so much safer.

At least you can weigh it down a bit to keep this piece of crap from tipping over.

I have a Rogue rack, but the concept of what I'm about to share is the same. You can stabilize one of these and protect your floor for around $200.

Grab a couple sheets of 4x8 Plywood (x3) and a horse stall mat. You can build a deadlift platform and then counter bore the bottom of the platform for bolt heads so the threads are facing upward. Then use nuts and washers to bolt the rack to your platform. I've done this with 800+ lbs loaded on the barbell on J-Hook and had no tipping issues.
