It doesnt look like it's antibacterial more of a skin dressing to minimize scars. Also it has alot of lanolin in it, which will make your skin very soft, but is from sheep so if you're allergic to wool you may be allergic to this as well
A&D is amazing. Works great on stopping and preventing diaper rash. We have a 4mth old and use all the time and clears and redness fast. We use it now to stay ahead of and issues.
Plus works great on helping heal and sooth new tattoos.
Great skin barrier and help sooth dry skin as well.
The blue tube of A&D works wonders if diaper rash is bad.

Outside of the price and the idea being odd because of marketing and branding, what is the difference between A+D First Aid Ointment and A+D Original Ointment (Diaper Rash Ointment)? I have seen some reviews mention that the Diaper Ointment has a more distinct smell.
