I bought this to replace logitech g903 for the dock, love g903 but hate plugging in to charge everytime.

It's very cheaply built. The only nice thing about the cheap feel is that it's light. It's also very small. I do not have big hands and it's still small. To give you an idea of the cheapness, the plastic grip texture has already worn smooth. I use my mouse maybe 1-2 hours a day. The buttons on the inside do not work consistently ( i use them for voice in discord). The creak is real. The button creak is real.
There are fewer disconnects with this mouse than the basilisk X. However, the disconnects with this mouse are worse. If it disconnects it literally won't reconnect to the computer unless I power cycle it several times. It's got to be a power problem with the mouse (which razer denies), because the dpi button on the bottom freezes. Even powering on and off the light will remain the same color, and it's just a random guess of when it will work again. And the battery life is nowhere near the advertised time. On the rare day I play more than 1-2 hours, it tops out at maybe 5 -6 hours.
With the basilisk it'd just stop working for for a minute and then it'd sort itself out. This mouse doesn't do that.
I wouldn't care so much if Razer stood by their product and fixed it. They have just told me that it's not charged properly, power it off and on, update it. Let it run out of power completely, then recharge... Yes, yes yes, I've done all that, still hasn't fixed the issues. What about the buttons? They tell me I need to fully press the buttons on the side and that the travel is more than a usual mouse. No, I'm pretty sure my button just doesn't work.
At least it's better than the Basilisk. The tracking on that mouse was horrible. I've had ball mice track better than that thing.
So, if you buy this fair warning the quality control is terrible and the negative reviews are real, and razer doesn't seem to honor their warranty. If you do buy it, the dock is a very nice convenience.
The manufacturing tolerances on these just aren't as good as I'd expected. It definitely could have used better/longer pins and one of the few situations where gold plated contacts might have actually been useful long term.
It's a nice mouse but in no way would I consider it a $60-$80 mouse by itself, dock included. DPI adjustable up to 3200, lightweight, responsive clicks. I do not like the right sided mouse buttons, I disabled them as I kept accidentally "backing" a page or whatever I was working on by accidentally squeezing that right size.
Imo, it's on par with a $25-$30 generic "gaming" mouse on Amazon. You're paying for the name obviously.
That being said I bought this bc I thought I go to wireless with matching Hyperspeed keyboard… but this CANNOT be used with a unifying RF usb receiver. Kinda ridiculous to occupy two usb slots.
Hoping next version let's use unifying receiver and make it easier to switch between computers/laptop.
