I picked up a cheap pair similar to this to use for yard work and such. You know, the "don't care what happens to them" sneakers. They serve that purpose well.

I bought some $15 Wal Mart shoes for mowing the lawn and they didn't even last a one mowing season before ripping apart. When my regular shoes wear out I'll move those to lawn duty.

It was those Starter brand shoes. I don't think they sell those anymore.

thats what i do, i have sooo many sneakers but ill find a pair i like and wear them always, keep em clean and as they wear they eventually slowly get relegated to shit work as i start to phase in the next pair i always wear. Eventually the shit work shoes will need to be thrown out and the new shoes will slowly make their way to shit work. And the cycle continues
