Yeah it shows 2280 (22mm wide 80mm long) as the form factor under specs, pretty standard

i have not tested it but if you purchase a compatible m.2 nvme external case, it is highly likely that you can use this in that case for provide external storage for your m1 mac mini.

That's the Blue line. i trust the Black line cause it has not failed me yet. i used a SATA 1tb in a panasonic tough book and has withstand a bunch of drops and literal throwing of the laptop. used black in a different laptop that is still going flawless 5 years later. great deal to save your photos, videos and sensitive data.

Thanks, snagged one. My current 256bg m.2 is 7 years old and I'm tried of uninstalling games when i need the space for something else lol.

Good price point for me considering i paid $250 for the 256gb m.2 in 2015 lol.
