Home Depot has two SKUs of toilet paper on clearance for 75% off currently. Most stores still show some stock. Use brickseek to find local inventory. As with all Home Depot clearance, you can't check prices online.
Large quantities will likely be up on a pallet, check the cleaning supplies area and surrounding aisles. Smaller quantities may be mixed in with the newer updated packages - they are nearly identical so look carefully.
The Charmin package that is on clearance has the words "MEGA PLUS" printed on across two lines. See photo.
