Nice! I just got super excited because I saw the bidet on the list of items eligible for this promo and almost cancelled my purchase from yesterday of 2 bidets to re-buy for a $100 shop card.
I decided to call instead and while I worked my way through their phone tree I realized that the ones I ordered were Kohler and this one was a Bio Bidet (same price, different product).
This likely won't be a useful post, but just in case anybody else picked up the Kohler deal... don't cancel your order. lol

The promotional shop cards for this promotion are currently being processed, you can expect to receive the digital shop card any day this week. It will be sent from this email address, [email protected]. The email subject line will be Promotional Costco Shop card.
I still did not. When the laptop was purchased, it said the card would be sent within two weeks of picking up the order. We are now well past that and still nothing.
Kind of disappointing as Costco is typically known for their good customer service.
EDIT: About three hours after posting this, I received my digital chop card.
i bought 2 eligible items and total amount was $754.99. However, I only received $100 gift card today instead of $150. I am trying to call them and ask for the $50 difference.
Very disappointed with Costco Customer Sevice. They claim the purchase for my AirPods Max was never part of the deal so they did not issue a shop card. I always take screen shots of promotions for this exact reason but let my guard down with Costco since their service is always 100% and I've never had any issues with them before.
Also very disappointed with costco customer service. I purchased on May 8th and still did not receive shopcard.
I called today and was on the call for 2 hours and had to talk to a supervisor!! In the end they sent message to another department to issue the shopcard to me. (Not sure when they will send)
The first agent was able to see which items qualified for the shopcard promotion and did note that I also bought an item that was not part of the promo (which had a $50 discount).
This confused the agent and they kept telling me they had to take the discount amount off from the amount and giving me less shop card amount.
I offered to forward the order confirmation email with the prices breakdown and they declined. I even spelt out the exact prices and they just kept saying their system sees different than what I see and they don't know how else to help me. I was frustrated and asked to speak to supervisor.
As soon as supervisor got on the call, they started with "you only qualify for the lower tier of promotion". I cut them off and spelt out the exact prices and then was put on a long hold. Eventually they came back on the call and said something vague about promotion is going to be sent out and didn't even admit they calculated it wrong. I had to ask specifically what was the final shopcard amount I qualify for and only then they confirmed.
In future, take screenshots of all shopcard promo qualified items and prices and hope costco doesnt screw us over.
