10. What happens after my 12-months are up?
To ensure uninterrupted service, autopay is selected at checkout and your data plan will automatically renew after your twelve months. You can also manually add funds to your Boost Mobile account with a valid payment method at any time via your account page.

You can easily update your autopay logging into your account. After you log in, click on the 'Re-Boost' or 'Add Money' tab and select the link at the bottom of the page to set up automatic payments. There you will be able to update your current AutoPay settings or check the box to unenroll from AutoPay.

Easiest and fastest transfer into a new MVNO for me ever. I went through the activate steps online. After that, by the time I put the new sim card in my phone and turned on, Boost already had my number and I was able to successfully make calls and send texts.
Online account says my next bill is due in 1 year at $303.11. I am assuming this can change, but Boost displays that number for those who decide to use the Boost One app, can see their next bill decrease with use.
So far 100% happy. AT&T speeds are ~35ms ping, 40Mbps down, 20Mbps up is the slowest I have in my day to day area. Texts are going through fine and phone calls are clear. Didn't need to configure any APN settings which is always nice.
so when you go to the check out page.. it will show if its a AT&T sim.. it literally says it on the right of the screen.. so yes they have both.. but dish did ink a deal with AT&T last year and thats where this is coming in.. Again: order number on the package is 1915-***. And again they have no idea how to identify me. I talked to 3 different representatives again and after an HOUR they said: ok, we will refund you, but tell us YOUR IMEI, we need it to refund. My question "Why do you need my imei, I have never used my phone with your SIM" was not answered and they decided just mute theirselves and not talk to me, lol.
So good luck with them if you decide to cancel the plan or something like that. I'll try to dispute the payment in my bank.
Recently took a trip to West Palm Beach Florida and neither my Boost SIM nor my US Mobile Sim (T Mobile) worked down there while in the airport trying to surf and use data. Hope that is a fluke. Hopefully the porting from my current MVNO US Mobile goes smoothly. US Mobile hides my acct # and pin so have to chat with them to even get it. I will report back my result on porting and quality of cell service.

These pending charges usually mean your bank has flagged the order as fraud and the best way to fix this is to give them a call and either approve or deny the charges. Either way you should not be charged these full amounts.
