Tips for getting the Paypal $60 off $250. I logged into Paypal, on my laptop. The offer was not there. I then downloaded the app on my phone, logged into the app, and was able to find the $60 off $250.
Log into Paypal app
Click on "deals". It's the two little tags at the bottom bar.
Once in deals, scroll down and find: "Exclusive deals when you pay with Paypal".
Scroll over until you find the Buydig $60 off $250 offer.
Click on offer, to activate.
Once the offer was activated, I was able to use my laptop to purchase the soundbar. Add HW-Q600A to cart, enter promo code BFQ. Check out using Paypal. My total cost with shipping was $280. My Paypal checkout shows $220.
Just placed an order with the PayPal offer. I couldn't find the offer on the PayPal app, so I logged in on the desktop. Couldn't find it either under deals, at first I had just seen $5 off various stores. But then I saw it under "Exclusive Deals" where you have to scroll to the right.
I checked out with the "BFQ" code and then on the PayPal pop up window where you check out you can see that the $60 is discounted. Email confirmation from PayPal says "You sent a payment of $219.07 USD to BUYDIG.COM and saved $60.00 USD off your $279.07 USD purchase."
Also, don't click on "Check Out with PayPal" at first when you're about to check out or it will give you an error. Check out as Guest, you can use your PayPal account to check out later.
Always use hdmi. Best option.

It's really good for this price. I got it for my parents when it was $400+ and thought it was worth it. It unfortunately doesn't support the SmartThings platform, so all firmware updates must be done through USB. You can also get the rear speakers separately and make this a 5.1.2 setup.
You can control the Sub's power and center channel power from the remote. Of course you'd need eARC to take advantage of TrueHD.

Not a lot. It just makes managing the speakers and software easy. And yes, the rear speakers have to be purchased from Samsung.
Though the rear speakers are called wireless, I feel it's kind of misleading because there's a "hub" that the rear speakers connect to and you have to connect wires from the rear speaker to the hub. The hub, however, connects wirelessly to the soundbar.

Same. Question is, is it worth 199?
