Actually, they're showing great potential for treating mental illnesses such as anxiety, addiction, depression, PTSD and such. Multiple clinical studies are in process. In the meantime, people are growing their own shrooms and treat themselves at home. It's been a life-saver for many.
They're magically delicious
Can you elaborate?

Perhaps they ate their Kindle while reading the book.

Yes, for those unfamiliar with the author, he actually cured himself of a lifelong stutter that he had with mushrooms.

I remember Paul from college in the seventies at TESC, and some of my own "research". Just down the road here,
Stamets lives in Kamilche Point, Washington with his collection of more than 250 medicinal mushroom cultures. -

There was some profound stuff in this feature on PBS. Favorite part was Johns Hopkins mushroom studies. https://www.pbs.org/independentle...ciousness/

I recommend you buy the non-proprietary ePub version from BAM. And if you don't already know about Calibre ebook management software, it's a great piece of open-source software that allows you to backup and manage ebooks from all sources in one place. It can even convert your Kindle books wink wink

I wouldn't say cure, but treats, usually via micro dosing.

The mushroom hat that controls Paul Stamets has been on Joe Rogan a few times. And I say that lovingly, as I learned so much about mushrooms and the mycelium network listening to them.
