Can anyone familiar with the old Logitech VX Nano and the Logitech Marathon M705 comment on this mouse?

I'm not a PC gamer. I loved the VX Nano (sadly the right click no longer works, but it has been repurposed). I hate the M705 Marathon (still own and it's my primary mouse right now).

I have medium-to-medium-large hands, I'd say, but seem to prefer my mice a bit smaller than most, for a given hand size. Would this get me closer to that VX Nano feel? I assume this does not have hyper scroll, which I will miss but can live without.
