You need to go and re-apply. But since you already have it, it is pretty quick and simple. Took me all of a minute or two since I had already been approved. The give the new ID # you need to give to the new service provider.
The link to AT&T also have FAQ that answers the question as well.
Just apply and find out. There is no harm in trying. If you are already on Snap or any other government assistance you will automatically qualify.
even a pell grant. this is the only way politicians knows how to operate. give away free things so you will vote for him. inflation shot to hell? war in ukraine? give people more free stuff with money we dont have. the ponzi scheme teeters more every day.
but anyways i read somewhere besides all those programs (at least 25% of americans on snap anyway) it's 2x the poverty line for this benefit. which for a single is about 27,000? i didnt ironclad check my facts.
so in other words if you work you dont get it basically.

Why fact check when you can just throw out randomly made up numbers? As long as it fuels the fire then who cares if it's actually true, right?
