Just personal preference, but these are the only ones I like that don't shred, and I even like them much better than the dual floss ones. tried many over the years, and now I just hoard a few thousand of these whenever I can get a great deal.

Sometimes Dollar Tree gets extra stock items that normally aren't actually sold in/online dollar trees. Like mine will get brand-name large sized cereals still fully restocked at my Meijer normally $4, but $1.25 at DT. That's probably the only explanation for their DT having a higher count available.

I use these exclusively! The floss is super strong. It doesn't stretch or break. I am a floss-a-holic. I floss pretty much after every meal and carry one of these with me every where I go. I've tried a bunch of different floss and this was the best for me.
