Speaking from just a basic level of knowledge, from what I understand intel CPUs aren't as ram hungry as Ryzen. I run a 12700k and it says that it supports up to 3200 mt/s for DDR4 https://ark.intel.com/content/www...0-ghz.html

Just a guess but if there is much, it's likely only in benchmarks.
Overall Im really happy with this ram.
