I just assembled this a week or so ago. A very nice set for the money. I highly recommend using the BILT app when assembling. It goes into further detail than the instructions, and you are able to repeat, go back, zoom in, etc.
How to seal it? Sorry dumb question.
We have this set. Good for kids up to 6 years old. 2 years on it's in acceptable condition. I expect this to last about 5 years.

This was FP a while ago. Good wooden set for younger kids. Just make sure to seal and secure it.
This. I had a little bigger version of this from Home Depot and I didn't secure it. It made it through several Tornado watches but just the right wind storm this past winter flipped and wrecked it.

This will last longer if you put as many ground-contact points as you can on pavers. I had a similar model from Walmart that came with anchors that bolted to the feet, and I drilled holes in the middle of the pavers for the anchors to go through.
Is it reversible? E.g. if I wanted the swing set on the right side as opposed to the left side (as shown in the image)?
You could probably do it if you are fairly handy. May have to drill some extra holes or something. But the instructions didn't allow it to be reversed.

No it's not. I have this and I bought it only because the left side swing works for me. It's extremely time consuming to assemble and I promise you no matter how careful you are, you would see you making a mistake and then have to undo-redo some work. However once installed it's sturdy. You will have to make sure that you give it enough support by buying additional rods to hold it to the ground.
Do you have to sand it first or just brush on the coat?
Just brush it on. It comes already sanded, smooth enough for kids to play on. If you neglected to seal it the first year, you may want to power wash it before sealing.

Just use a good wood sealer, similar to used in Fences or deck patio

You could probably just turn it around.
