I have these. I will not be buying them again. The only thing attractive was the price.
The straps are not smooth as others so they feel a little uncomfortable. Putting these on I have more difficulty than other brands that are similar.
Often get the top and bottom band mixed up more often than other brands I've tried.

Also they have this foam where your nose is suppose to go, again, feels uncomfortable especially when some moisture builds up.

I would not travel long term with these due to comfort issues but I would keep these as spares incase I run out powecom ones.

I actually enjoy the powecom K95 more. I feel those are more comfortable and easier to put on.

any suggestions for NIOSH approved N95 masks for 5 to 8 year old kids.
You won't find any specifically made for kids, but these BNX ones [amazon.com] seem to run a little smaller than most, and may work. They aren't the cheapest though.

Any recommendations on where to get good n95 masks that aren't too small? I feel like a number of these masks posted here will be on the smaller side. That has been my experience too, when I had ordered some previously... I don't know how often I'd wear them, but I will at least need to wear it for some time before I travel internationally, as getting covid would put a wrench in those plans

I plan to start wearing these regularly during cold&flu season. Since the pandemic started, I haven't gotten either of those things once, whereas I used to get the cold multiple times per season. Clearly something is working.

Yep Flu deaths were also down during the same time period.

Wearing a mask saved many people not just from COVID but also Flu and maybe other communicable diseases.

COVID is definitely not "over." I religiously wore masks everywhere and had 3 shots but still got it. I felt good unmasking since I had decent immunity for one week at work and got a cold almost immediately. Your immune system is actually weaker against common germs after masking for a couple years. I'm getting on a plane this weekend and will wear a mask. With all the upcoming wildfires, it's good to have some better masks on hand (if you live in the west).

I have been telling people this as why I still wear a mask. I haven't had a cold, the sniffles, or any flu symptoms since 2019. I only wear it when I go into places with lots of people.
well at least you wear an actual mask that works (N95) and not just some piece of cloth over your nose and mouth. Regardless, I assume that those wearing masks (other than N95) are sick/contagious and wear the mask as required, Hopefully they're still not thinking that any "mask" that isn't NIOSH approved is protecting them. Personally, the low probability and severity of having the sniffles (covid symptoms for me), cold, or even more rare seasonal flu symptoms isn't worth wearing a mask, approved or unapproved. But then again, I'm healthy, fit, and naturally immune (for a year and a half) with a career of doing health risk assessments.

thanks for suggestion, but I am looking for NIOSH approved N95... there is no assurance for KN95, who tested it and how legitimate the testing lab was.

I found it quiet comfortable after wearing it the entire day but I doubt how protective it can be as it is pretty breathable vs a 3m n95 mask. But it's better than the regular surgical mask

I bought this in April. Extremely uncomfortable to wear. I have a smaller face, yet uncomfortable. My parents couldn't wear it either
