Eh idk I am on the fence after reading through some of the older thread. Seems like the company itself has mixed reviews but if you get a solid device that the device itself is good maybe?

the box works flawless like most of the time. it might crash sometimes or the headunit might have problem with it sometimes. so it's really a YMMV kind of thing depends on your setup and personal tolerance.

it's not official apple product so you'll have to set your expectation accordingly. it's 100% based on reverse engineering.

i use https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08M44D79T so if it craps out like can't connect to the phone initially then i'll just power-cycle it.

instead of unplugging and replugging you use this to power-cycle?

exactly. it's much easier that way especially while driving ;-)

make sure you choose one with "data transfer" capability.
