As far as returns, they will take back clothes and shoes in new condition without deduction for shipping. Other items they charge for return shipping or not at all (check fine print). Refunds are slow (again, if you're used to Amazon).
I initially thought the trail I took would just be a hike not a scramble but the fact they held together and kept me from slipping/falling was impressive.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or size of the item, return it in new and unworn condition in the original packaging for a full refund. Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. Woot! will process your return and issue a full refund with no deduction for shipping after receiving it.
