Considering now with inflation dictating our daily lives for the worse, why not put that "$5" towards something else too??

And per Nate's snarky "harass some employee" comment, it's part of their job and not "harassing" if done politely.
Uh, did anyone say anything about harassment? This is Slickdeals...we get our maximum bang for our buck by not being lazy. If I have the option to save a few bucks by POLITELY asking for an adjustment and it's literally okay by company policy, why wouldn't I try? If not, then no big deal. Worst case scenario, I could've just returned and repurchased them if they were unopened (which isn't the case). Do you work in the register in retail and bemoan doing basic stuff at your job?

I have a Samsung dishwasher and I find cascade platinum to be too strong/too much detergent. I found that my dishes smelled strongly of detergent and anything plastic or silicone would have the detergent taste embedded in the material that would then leech to food. I had to turn on the "storm wash" feature for extra rinse that took care of most of the issue except for the plastic/silicone. I do not have this issue with finish quantum and only use finish now.

Edit: and no I don't work at the register and "bemoan" doing basic stuff. But I do know if I bought something weeks ago and it went on sale and I used that product I wouldn't waste my valuable time calling the store to try and get a price adjustment for $5. It's a waste of time and my time is more valuable than $5.
I see the smaller 30ct package on Amazon but the larger 70ct has been MIA (sold by Amazon that is) for about a year

how are you guys getting 15.80? is that in-store only, or a regional thing?
