VipOutlet Ebay store has the Razer RZ06-02900200-R3U1 Kishi cotnroller (open box) for sale at $27 + tax after 10% off coupon (automatically added during checkout).
I would say the price is pretty decent considering the controller typically goes for $40-45 new even when it is on sale.

If you're a PC gamer make sure to get the steam link app and you can play your whole PC library on the phone. Very cool. I paid $60 new and it was well worth it.
