Anyone have real world experience with this. Have to paint every room in my home, and after using rollers in the living room, I don't want to continue.

I just painted every room in my house . Used the graco x7 on 3 upstairs bedrooms. Didn't care for it ( not the model ,it's awesome, spraying )

I rolled the whole first floor and was way easier in my opinion. Setting up and prepping for spray is a pain and then clean up of the machine .

My advice would be to use a good 18" roller and an extension pole. It makes a world of difference. My wife cut in where needed and I used 18" roller and knocked jt out very quickly . I will be selling my x7 here shortly. Gutted an entire house and purchased inconceivable amounts of tools and products . The paint sprayer was the only thing I regret.

To each their own though .

This is very different from an airless sprayer like the x7. The wagner is much better suited to smaller projects, while the graco is good for unfinished rooms and exterior house painting.

I have this model I used it to paint my kitchen cabinets. I tried a harbor freight one before and made a mess, this one was super user friendly. I used the detail nozzle the paint came out smooth and even, absolutely no complaints. I'm not sure how other similar guns work but when you turn it on, it starts blowing air like a blow dryer so beware if you have anything not taped down it'll start flapping around and potentially stick to the paint. I didn't dilute the paint and it still sprayed smooth.

That's exactly what I was using it for . Even if using the Wagner he will still have to prep every surface if he's looking to spray his walls. Unless he has no trim and getting new flooring..

Correct, spraying walls is not what this is designed for. The graco is designed for that, but even then it's so much extra prep work it's not worth it over the roller.

That's all I was getting at based on his question . Roll over spray inside for us non professionals who's houses are already built

Out of curiosity, did you have to back-brush after spraying your deck?

If the area to be painted is finished, then it is a lot faster (taking prep and clean-up time into account) to roll instead of spraying. This said, I suggest using the roller kit for the airless sprayers as it will reduce your time by at least 30%.

For room painting, out of the three, go with the Wagner because it has the ispray nozzle (the bigger gun), detail nozzle gun and the other two models are not for this purpose.

There are two harbor freight ones, which one did you try? I believe both are on sales currently.
