Note that this contains Neem Oil, which appears to be toxic in high quantities. As others have noted, however, reputable orgs don't have issues with the amount used in this product.
We liked the smell of this toothpaste but decided to not risk it and switched to Petrodex as our dog's toothpaste.

I couldn't find one single article reporting a problem with anybody using toothpaste containing neem oil for their dogs.

If you look at the second question asked in Amazon the brand explains it. Neem oil is used for antibacterial property. In the amount concentration it's not harmful. ASPCA, poison control, and pet poison hotline agree.
Also it's got almost 50k and 4.5ish stars.
