This comment is completely inaccurate. Menards rebates DO NOT have an expiration date and they ARE GOOD for all merchandise. As someone who has received and used literally thousands of dollars of Menards rebates and had their credit card for many years, I assure you that this comment is 100% inaccurate. I have even lost rebate certificates and Menards has a process to replace them.

Menards rebate checks never expire, and you can use them on anything in the store.

FYI, Menards is very good about honoring these rebate forms even if you send them in months after the "final mailing date" listed on the receipt. Don't throw them away thinking you forgot to mail it in time. I save them up for months then send them all together (I think I've done ones nine months old without issue). Also, if you can't think of anything you need in terms of construction materials or tools, they sell food. You can buy some chips, crackers, nuts, candy, etc., with your rebate card once it comes. Other than some long waits during the initial COVID months in 2020, these usually arrive in less than one month.

Wrong, This new set showed up around the first of the year with a price at $9.99. Around the March time frame the price increased to $11.99. Today you can get it for $1.99 after rebate. It is as simple as that. The top line of this post is total BS and not my wording.

Not related to this deal but does anyone know if I use a rebate check to pay for this or anything else with the 11% off sale, can I still send in for the rebate or does the rebate only work if you paid with cash/credit?

with the rebate card u can get other stuff and tax is not added.

Yes, you can keep rolling the rebates and a bonus is that you don't pay have to pay tax on those purchases.

Please just nod and be glad he leaves the deals for the rest of us. Lately people have been snatching up my rebate deals lots of competition. So just nod and say yup.

Mods always edit the posts before going to front page. What you said is not entirely true. You don't get it for $2. You PAY $12 and then get $10 rebate in the form of in-store credit which you should spend in store and buy some other stuff from Menards.
