App doesn't work on Mac, when I reported to Kano their suggestion was to return them as they don't know when/if it will be fixed. Horrible support response if you ask me

It's actually not hard to use at all. The only issue is that the Bluetooth needs to be re-paired here and there.
My 3 kids (10 and under) enjoyed this and the star wars version of this for a few days but honestly they won't hold interest in the long run.
But I'm sure that if I was to bring it out of storage they would all use it for a few hours each

It's not just a glorified LED either. You can use it to block code and the sensors pick up movement and distance to interact with the app.
