Unfortunately finding it to be overrated.

But I am enjoying it. It's chill and short. Things I need in my life. But I hate the stuttering.

If it matters, I'm at dungeon 5 I think. After the fish /angler one.

How has the lag been? That's what has kept me away so long.

The original for game boy is the first game I ever played through 100%. I loved it. Also accidentally paid $20 for the Nintendo 1-900 tip line to help with the end. Haha.

This version is really good. I hope that the Switch 2 plays this whenever it's released to help with performance.

I remember on GBC if you type in the name ZELDA in the character name selection at the beginning, you'll get a spicy 8 bit salsa version of the music. Does the switch remake do something similar?

This is $3 less than the previous all time low, fyi.

It's a much better game with the 60fps patch (modded switch or emulator only, unfortunately).

bought physical copy earlier this week, have been playing 2-3 hours a day. More than halfway through, and though I've seen the lag sometimes when a lot of enemies are on the screen, it has never made the game less enjoyable. Maybe i'm lucky?

What surprises me is that people don't complain about the blurring of the border at the edges of the screen. I kept trying to clean my switch. Doesn't stop me from enjoying the game at all, but surprised given the lag complaint that people haven't said "this feature sucks."
