As I don't use that much gas I'm just depending on the Amex 3 off 35. That is 0.0857%+1% MR or 2% cashback (BCE). So approximately 10% if I do the 5th fill carefully to charge exactly 175 total in 5 fills.
The fact that it will work at a BJ/Costco is the kicker. Right now I have the Sam's Club Mastercard that always does 5% on gas but doesn't work at the chains or at least not Costco due to them needing Visa.
Also I got the Citgo 10% deal but there are very few gas stations in the northern NJ area.
