It kicks off the coupon on the last page when it says Submit payment.

Great deal! Ended up getting the two concealers in Light/Medium shade (Light & Medium are both OOS).

Followed the instructions from OP and was able to have the order shipped to store for $1.89 (Used $1 Walgreen's Reward)

From my experience, I always end up in an endless loop of being unable to check out when using their app/mobile site, esp with Paypal. Used Chrome on my desktop with no issues pushing this order through.

Is this deal still on? Am unable to replicate it and keep getting a 13$ total for the concealer.
