If I recall correctly this is Intel's latest attempt at a gaming laptop, a NUC laptop branded by the company selling it. I think the reviews were pretty good.

Yes. This is using same chassis as Eluktronics Mech 15 or Maingear Vector Pro 15. Despite having such a slim and light design, almost Asus Zephyrus G15 level, it has full powered CPU and GPU. The GPU's fixed TGP can be adjusted between 115W to 125W (Max for RTX 3070) and on top of that, it can use 15W Dynamic Boost to reach 140W. You can even Eluktronics Control Center Software on it. That gives very granular control of CPU and GPU Power, Fan controls etc. Check the Bob of All Trade's YouTube channel to see how it can be optimized for different games, shifting power between CPU and GPU.
I can speak for the Legion 5 pro. My LG5 pro has extremely good build quality and the screen is gorgeous. But the best part is the cooling system. It has excellent temperature control.

So if this a good price for it? Any reason to buy one OEM over the other?

Yes, this is good price. And to answer your question about OEM, that depends upon the support. For example, Maingear Vector is only sold via Micro Center and they're solely responsible for the support. So, if you don't have one near you, it will be problematic. Adata is much bigger than both the other companies and has better foot print in the world. However, their price was good amount higher than the two other options for same spec. Now, this is more or less similar.

When dafuq did ADATA start manufacturing laptops? Buyer beware and buy at your own risk πππ€¦π½ βοΈπ€·π½ βοΈ
Lmao I thought the same thing, especially after being burned by their shitty NVMe going bad on me recently. Definitely xpg branding, but cool to see Intel taking the actual reigns here.
