Quality is pretty good for the price. The sound is pretty well balanced but they don't have a great soundstage like the 50mm hyperx cloud stinger. Cord is pretty short so if you're using this for your desktop PC, you may want to consider other options unless the tower is pretty close to you. Mic sounds mediocre but it's usable.

if you're buying from best buy keep in mind that return policy is 14 days unless you have their paid total tech service.

Looks like they included extension cable for PC I believe.

I can't tell you if these are worth it, but I can say that the HyperX Cloud Core headphones have been going on sale a lot lately, for $35, and they're a much better build quality and have excellent sound. They retail for $70. So, if you don't need anything immediately, I would say it's worth it to hold off and spend an extra $15 to get those when they go on sale again… unless you have big ears. I have a pair of the Cloud Core and I love the sound, and build quality, but they do pinch my ears. I'm not sure how these feel. I've seen the Cloud Core go on sale 3 times in the last month and a half. So, you probably won't be waiting long.

Are there any plug in headsets for Xbox that have separate volume knobs for game volume and chat volume? The Xbox mixing does terrible at it even if you shift the software balance all the way to chat.
