I just spent the last hour researching cases for this kit. This is the one I chose if it helps anyone. One of the few that had a composite handle and didn't have a cheap zippered pouch under the top lid. Amazon "Limited Time Deal".

I just bought the gray one. I liked that the batteries fit under the controller and maybe the case is smaller but both dimensions are fairly close
Looks like both might be able to keep the sticks on

Ordered the GameStop deal for $359 a month ago. Gave up on it at day 30 after not getting a single update from GameStop on when they're going to ship it.

Tempted to get this but honestly, a current Gen refurbished dji mini 2 should not cost $384.

The Mini 3 is the way to go but the price is up there. You are going to want to have a good insurance policy on that drone. The thing can fly close to 8 miles away and back. That doesn't even take into a account the 4k cameras.

Fun to fly but don't expect quality out of the camera. I returned three of these at Costco. The cam is horrible. Completely unusable for real estate photos. They also took away a lot of the modes for automating circling and other patterns that you'll find as standard in the old Phantom series. Those modes are very helpful for shooting real estate videos. In short, it's a fun toy.

no one has ever flown a mini3 drone 8 miles out and back...ever. Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

from what i've heard, the range is barely 2 miles.
