The brown version of this from Costco (also in store only) was front page at +33 a few months ago. Personally, I like the grey and was excited to find this, but unfortunately it's slightly too tall to comply with my HOA bylaws so it's a no go for us. But wanted to share. This is by far the best price for this one right now and I have been looking everywhere.

From my experience as I witnessed a few of these assembled, you'll wall to assemble this on level ground. Same as you build anything. It's a pain the ass extra step but you will have a harder time with shed assembly if you don't. Your alignment of panels, doors and the operation of such will go smoothly on level base.
Many people will want to bust out their drill for this and I admit, I do too but let's face it, this is plastic, so it's not advised. Be careful to drive the screws slowly and stop before seating them so you can switch to a screw driver and finish off by hand. Try a loose grip and proceed with caution. Overtightening a screw into plastic is a no no. Hold parts together and screw enough to seat the screw. If you see screw starting to mushroom or deform the plastic, stop.
