The reviews with photos show the shading layer peeling or chipping off. I've bought many discounted sun glasses <$15 and none of them have chipped like seen in those photos.

I don't have this model but I do have this brand of sun glasses. When covid hit in 2020 I didn't feel comfortable going anywhere to do sunglasses shopping and I ordered these and they have worked out. Granted they're not my favorite, I'm sure if I tried on some polarized glasses at one of those truck stops I could find something that fits a little nicer, but if you want a good sun glasses to get you by for cheap I don't see anything wrong with these.

They feel robust and yet I'm scared of breaking them. I've had much more fragile glasses and abused them more. I dunno there's something about these that make me want to be careful with them. I dunno what it is.

For the price, compared to the kind of cheapo sunglasses you'd grab next to a gas station counter, these have a good look. More importantly, you can just toss em in a bag to take to the beach or wherever without worrying much about small lense scratches destroying the value of your $200 Ray-Bans which virtually never leave the safety of your car's sunglass holder.

Don't expect too much from Bircen.

I have no idea how they come up with these names. I would prefer if they can just use their genuine Chinese names instead of these improperly make up English sounding brand names.

I haven't tried this model but I've bought about five other pairs of Bircen sunglasses. They aren't the nicest or best-looking sunglasses I've ever owned, but they're comfortable, durable, effective, and (important for a compulsive misplacer-of-sunglasses) cheap when on sale. Again, I haven't tried this pair before, but I like mine better than any other <$20 pair of sunglasses I've tried.
