Update to my previous post, I was just able to place the order via chat using the military discount for the 1189 price. The customer service rep created me a link to a cart for the full price but they told me they will refund the difference upon shipping. They provided my the chat reference in case of any issues. Fingers crossed!

How soon after you place your order are you guys doing the cancel trick? Also do you only click on the "Cancel" option for the TV (ant not the tablet) and then you get the pop up to chat with CS?

Anyone know why I keep getting my order canceled? I keep getting this email after I place my order:

"We're really sorry, but we've cancelled the items shown below because we couldn't verify some or all of your payment information. Please sign into your account to place your order again using a different credit card. Be sure your billing address, shipping address, phone number and credit card information is correct and current."

I've double checked and put in the right info for my billing/shipping address. It matches exactly what is on my credit card accounts. Tried 2 different cards and still same issue. Anyone run into this problem with Samsung before? I've read this issue was happening before with smartphone, but seems there is no real resolve to this problem.

Just imitate a return after you get the tv you don't need to cancel

I contacted them atleast 4-5 different ways and used 4 different cards to place multiple orders. It just keeps getting cancelled

Check warranty status on Your tv. I when got my qn900a, first thought was that tv was already used, stand wasn't packed like new and that white tv protection foil looked used. I got my tv may 19 and warranty was valid until February 2023, that means someone purchased it already, returned and now they sold me used unit. Returned already.

I changed my billing and shipping address to be same. Removed zip+4 from the address in credit card profile and also from shipping and billing. Finally worked. It matching zip to zip+4 and saying incorrect. Spent nearly half day with csr's and i had to figure all by myself at 1am. Now it is backordered

Finally was able to place order for TV/tablet. I had to do it on the app and it worked the first time. After order was confirmed I did the cancel trick and opened chat with rep and he was able to refund from total price paid for both TV/tablet. So total came out to $1333 with tax and I will be getting refund of $133 after it ships. He made a ticket for it and gave the number for reference. One heck of a deal on this unit.

How is Samsung keeping up with the delivery time lines. I ordered on May 28, initial delivery date was June 3 and the next day it changed to June 9 and today its June 16. Is there something alarming? Please share your thoughts and the ones who got your deliveries , please share your delivery delays and delivery experience. As this will be my first Tv at home , I am really confused to either deal with this delay or look out for other options.
