This would be a decent price for one of those funky-named knockoffish brands on Amazon, but for Klein, this is SLICK.

Very nice deal. The IR thermometer is great for checking wheel bearing hub and tire temperatures on towed trailers, RVs, tractor trailers, etc. I just ordered; this price is a no brainer for Klein quality. Thumbs up and repped. Thanks OP!

Yep, don't snooze on this as I can't imagine it lasting long. Had the cheap IR therms and although this is probably the same at least the name implies its better!

Haha you know me too well.

I gave some similar IR digital thermometers out one year as holiday gratuities for my customers; they were a big hit. At the time they were on a deal for like $4 a piece.

No.

This would require opening up and shooting inside, letting heat escape. What you need is one of those Govee bluetooth meat thermometers that goes on sale here occasionally. They have a probe to go into the meat and a wire leading out to a sending unit. Then you use an app that connects via BT to the sender and gives you temps and alarms while you do something else.
