I see it says water resistant but is it waterproof? It looks like it should keep out the rain.
We have been bringing all of our chair cushions inside when it rains and it's a pain in the ass, would love to just throw them inside something like this sitting 5 feet away.

I am not sure if this model is susceptible, but the lid of the larger one that I have started to curl up at the front corners. I installed a pair of hook and eye latches to keep the corners down tight.

2. That's up to you.. It's about 22" tall, and 17-18" wide. The top looks like it has the same "faux-ven" pattern as the sides.
