As much as I like the program (as I do IT work then and now , now as a hobby , etc) , all 5 of my lifetime licenses from Newegg 10+ yrs ago or so are listed as no good or used up on more than 5 pc's . Which imo is BS as all those 5 licenses are not on any pc at this time and have not been for quite a few years (doing support at their site was no help !) . ~ Shame too as I used to recommend this program to all my clients and would start them off with the free version after any work I'd done on their systems .
Anyone else come across this problem ?

Right now Iam not going to spend another dime on MalwareBytes till my lifetime licenses are cleared up !

The price is steadily going up... so if it stays current, then it will be $49 per year. It used to be $39 per year, before that $29 per year. With the price of everything going up, I would not be surprised if it goes up to $59 next year!

A lot of valid life-time license keys are pilfered and are being sold online on places like eBay. Whether you use it or not, someone else may be. Because of this, I believe Malwarebytes marked all of them off as invalid licenses. When one of my life-time license keys failed to registered, I contacted Malwarebytes customer support. They asked me to send them a copy of my receipt of the purchase, which luckily, I still have. They accepted that and my license switched to life-time again. If you still have your receipt, you may still be able to get your license back. Good luck!

Did you register your lifetime licenses and apply it against your Malwarebytes account online? I have two lifetime licenses from Newegg (15+ years ago or so) and I have no such problem. You can force-disassociate all hardware associated with your license key online so that you can activate on your new machine(s).

This is the only way how lifetime licenses will be honored as far as I know. Anyone who claims to sell a legitimate lifetime license will almost always fail when they attempt to register it with their Malwarebytes account online. It may work for a while, but will eventually be on a disallow list.

Yup all were registered and all pc's that they were on no longer exist and have not existed for roughly 5-8yrs . This dilemma has been going on for about that long too . Confused

Why pay after a year? Just get in on another deal like this in advance. and store the codes in your MBAM account and activate them when the time comes.

All of my lifetime licenses (about 15 of them) are registered in the MBAM portal and all are still working just fine. Deactivated a few through the portal and moved the licenses over to new machines. No issues.

No Issue with my lifetime, if I would have known I would have bought a ton of them and sold them for $$ IStill they they are charging to much, they get more users if they charged less
