I see only "Risk of Rain 2" in title,
but in the description said "Risk of Rain 1 + 2 bundle"

The physical edition of Risk of Rain 2 include the first Risk of Rain as well. If you're able to on your device, zoom in on the cover's lower right-hand corner and you can see the banner listing Risk of Rain 1 as included. Both games are on the cartridge (neither is a separate digital download code) . Hope this helps 🙂

shipping is 5.99 to make it $19 and kills the deal. You either need to have Walmart+ already or buy something else worth $22

Great game (both of them). RoR2 definitely has a bit of trouble with framerate on advanced levels, but still playable.

I know right, Walmart really has a really limited selection to choose from. If only they sold things like food, motor oil, medicines, diapers, movies, shoes etc so you could fill that enormous gap of $22 to hit the free shipping mark.
