This is a good price. Side note for those with a Costco or sams club membership, you can get a pack (usually either 5 or 6 bottles) for about 20 dollars. I've used the Costco off brand and did not notice the difference. Just a suggestion Smilie

Even though this product is sold under the Flonase brand this is not Flonase--it is a different drug (fluticasone vs fluticasone furoate). The effectiveness of this product should be similar to Flonase or any of the fluticasone store brands (or for that matter any of the other nasal steroid sprays such as Rhinocort or Nasacort). What is different with Flonase Sensimist is tolerability due to it's no alcohol, no scent, low spray volume characteristics--this is a good choice for people/kids who have trouble tolerating wet/large volume nose sprays like regular Flonase

Both work the same for me. The benefit of Sensimist over the original is that it doesn't smell like roses (no scent really at all). The downside is the formula for Sensimist is still under patent and the original has cheaper generics now.

I would use this sparingly. Steroids have a lot of potential side effects. This increases the risk of developing cataracts, glaucoma and central serious choroidopathy.

If u don't have to have name brand... U can get the 5 pack of 120 sprays (double this amount of 60sprays) from BJs wholesale for $20 also.

Agreed. I use this during the spring time only. After a while I noticed it gave me pretty bad anxiety and mood swings. It snuck up on me, went away shortly after quitting it

I always grab the Kirkland generic and a pack of arm and hammer saline sprays plus a pack of Claritin D generic from Costco. These 3 products have really help manage allergies and prevent sinus infections.

We are members of both Sam's and Costco. The version they sell compares to original rather than Sensimist.
