Capital One is offering a 75,000 mile bonus after you spend $4,000 on purchases within the first 3 months from account opening with the Capital One Venture Rewards Credit Card. There is $95 annual fee.

    Do they allow straight cash back or check for 75K Miles or do I have to use them for airlines only? What is it worth if doing a straight cash? I am running out of cards to get the bonus and I got bills to charge coming up.

    Yes, I meant price adjustment. What happened for me was I booked a flight and then within 7 days the price went down so they credited me the difference.

    I have an 840 credit score, right at six figures income, with no credit balances on anything, and was just turned down. I've had a few cards in the last few years but none of them from CapitalOne. And this is the first time I've EVER been turned down for a card. Screw CapitalOne. Venture card can suck it.

    Venture doesn't get you Priority Pass. If you are considering Capital One card, then go with Venture X. You get paid $5 to keep the card. You can ask me how.. PM me if you like to know more.

    And if you are applying for business card and you have a small business the chase business ink card is the best. 90k miles which is equivalent to at least 115k if you have Chase Sapphire Preferred card!

    I have both, and Chase points are worth more, they can transfer to UAL directly, which has $5 ticket fees.

    I already have the Venture X card. Credit Score above 800, 6 figure income, never carry a balance, turned down on this Venture card.
