"The small end fits in a regular chuck it but that doesn't mean you can actually throw the thing. Unsurprisingly, the unbalanced shape causes it to immediately fall out. It needs a human with a decent arm to get any distance. I have an XL ball launcher too but it doesn't work in that one either. I'm not really surprised by this and that's not the reason for the low stars. My dog loves the corresponding chuck it ball in XL. He has two and they are seriously high value to him therefore they see a lot of action. This double ended toy is much lighter weight material and isn't holding up nearly as well. I imagined it would be a similar weight to the ball but it it much softer and thinner. I also feel like it's a bit on the small size for my GSD. I wish I had skipped this one."
Wonder what you and people think about these criticisms on durability and fit. Otherwise it sounds fantastic, and I'm tempted to get a couple/3.
