Be sure to check any water squirty toys for black water/mold before using them again. It's nearly impossible to get all the water out, if you even remember to empty them, and you might be surprised when you squeeze out dark disgustingness a few days later.

Be sure to check any water squirty toys for black water/mold before using them again. It's nearly impossible to get all the water out, if you even remember to empty them, and you might be surprised when you squeeze out dark disgustingness a few days later.

At times I wish they make a big hole instead for easy cleaning or at least easily dumping out the water.

I did cut a big hole in one of the duck, it didn't work so well after. It got super dirty and we gonna throw it out anyway, so I cut a hole in the bottom. After the "modified" the duck is more "swim" than "float".

I think the old one they had a giant plug in the bottom right?

Yeah this type of bath toy is pretty gross. Stick with the cleanable toys.

I use soldering tip to melt and close the hole. Even if you dry well it will get moldy just like your bathtub caulking.

my cousin bought my kids these solid silicone alien bug like toys that has a bunch of suction cups on them and they have a blast with them sticking it to the tub and walls. I have piece of mind that no mold will grow on them, try something like that rather than these
